Abstract

Eco pathological study was carried out in Rajakamangalam estuary to find out its potential for Shrimp farming. The ecological studies revealed that the area was not polluted and best suited for shrimp farming. The pathological study also revealed that the bacterial load was also not high in the study area and if they were monitored regularly during the culture period definitely it would provide more profit.
