SEED STUDIES IN HIPTAGE MADABLOTA GAERTN. - A CLIMBING SHRUB

Abstract

Hiptage madablota Gaertn. is a climber of many medicinal properties. Germination and viability studies were conducted using the seeds. Germination studies were carried out using BP method. Seed viability was tested using TP method periodically. It was found that seeds are viable for eight months under room temperature.
