ANGIOSPERM DIVERSITY OF SHUKACHARYA HILLS (MAHARASHTRA)

Abstract

The paper reports angiospermic flora of Shukacharva Hills from Sangli District of Maharashtra State. The plant diversity is varied and unique which comprises typical deccan platue flora Peninsular India. The present report shows that there is presence of about total 56 families , 190 genera with 240 species. The dicotyledons dominates over monocotyledons.
