WASTE MANAGEMENT PRACTICES N RURAL HOUSEHOLDS OF ASSAMM.S. Kabita BhuyanAbstract The study of domestic waste management were carried out in rural households of Assam. The study revealed that the domestic solid wastes were mostly reused and recycled by rural home-makers. As regards to management of liquid wastes no methods of treatment were in practice.
