LIMNOLOGY OF FISH PONDS IN RAJESHAHI, BANGLADESHM. Azizul Islam, Abdullah Harun Chowdhury and M. ZamanAbstract Limnology of four hatchery ponds in Rajshahi, Bangladesh have been studied from May 1994 to April 1995. The quantitative and qualitative analysis of physico-chemical factors of water and abundance of phytoplankton and zooplankton reveal that all the ponds under study are eutrophic in nature.
