Abstract

Environmental Assessment (EA) describes the whole process by which information about the environmental effects of a project is collected and assessed by the development before decidign whether to grant planning permission. Ecology is now in full bloom of its knowledge growth and is trying to explain and answer every interaction with in the human societies as well as biotic and a biotic environment.The several tyes of vegetation characterized by "Sal" presence in the Singrauli area the predominant formation belonging to the Shorea,Terminalia,Adina. According to this study. The dominance of Shorea robusta varied extensively depending on the forests in some of them sal represented nearly 80% of the trees a while in others less than 5%
