D.A. Takale, B. B. Chirmae and S.V. Nalawade

Abstract

One hundred forty genotypes of okra were screened against R. solani under field conditions. Out of 140 genotypes screened 10 promising genotypes were again screened under artificial epiphytotic conditions in glass house. The genotype GK-III-1-3-10 showed total resistance under field conditions showed MR reaction under epiphytotic conditions. Remaining nine varieties observed promising under field screening showed susceptible to highly susceptible reaction under artificial epiphytotic conditions.
