STUDY OF CHEMICAL PROPERTIES (MACRO AND MICRO ELEMENT) OF IRAN APRICOT

Abstract

This research was carried out in Seed and Plant Improvement Research Institute of Karaj, Iran . Twenty cultivars were evaluated. All of cultivars are iran native including : Bn-kb 21, Bn-re 527 , Bn-hs524, Bnkb, 29 Bn-kb576, Bn-kb 31, Bn-no512, Bn-kb 7, Bn-kb, 40 Bn-kb, 24 Bn-hs723, Shahrood 48, Shahrood 15, Shahrood 49, Jahangiri, Shahrood 48 A, Shahrood 31, Shahrood 18, Royal andAzghandi. These cultivars are six years old. In this research seven elements were measured in fruit on twenty apricot cultivars. This experiment was carried out in a rondom compelet blocks design with four replicates. Macro elements are N, P, K and micro elements are Mg, Br, and Zn. All of elements were found to be different in different cultivars. And this difference was significant.
