Abstract

The experiment was carried out at Raipur during season of 2012, at college of agriculture, Indira Gandhi Krishi Vishwavidyalaya, Raipur to study the effect of combination of organic and inorganic fertilizers on yield, fertility status and uptake pattern of nutrients in scented rice. The treatments receiving both organic and inorganic fertilizers has improved the soil fertility level. The highest available K status of soil was found in variety Bisni whereas the lowest available K status of soil was found in variety Dubraj. Under integrated nutrient management treatments the application of 80:40:80 kg N:P2O5:K2O ha-1 (Organic-FYM) obtained the highest gain of available nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in soil. So it helps in enhancing yield, fertility levels and fertilizer use efficiency.
