PRODUCTIVITY COMPARAISON OF PALM OIL IN THE PLANTATION COMPANY WITH DIFFERENT PERFORMANCESLILI DAHLIANIAbstract The study comparative analysis on productivity of Palm Oil Plantation Company with different performance aimed to compare and analyze the FFB (Fresh Fruit Bunches) productivity achievement and CPO (Crude Palm Oil) rendemen and some factors that influenced it in two companies with different performance. This study mostly used secondary data that were processed using panel data model and comparison analysis using t-test. The results showed that the FFB (Fresh Fruit Bunches) productivity and the CPO (Crude Palm Oil) rendemen percentage of palm oil in a plantation company with high performance were higher than the ones in company with low performance. Some factors that significantly affect the high FFB productivity in plantation companies with high performance were those of plants population, fertilizer N and K as well as plant age and risk factors. The low CPO rendemen in the company was affected by stagnation, processing capacity and factory losses.
