INFLUENCE OF DENSITY OF MUSTARD APHID ON ITS NATURAL ENEMIESBaswaraj V. Bhede, S. Sarkate Rahul and Satyajeet R. ShindeAbstract An experiment was conducted to study the influence of density of mustard aphid on its natural enemies at Department of Agricultural Entomology, Vasantrao Naik Marathwada Krishi Vidyapeeth, Parbhani (M.S., India). The results revealed that the peak activity of lady beetle (2.50/plant) and D. rapae (19.4 per cent) was observed when the aphid population was maximum (72.0 /10 cm shoot). The population of maggot of syrphid fly was highest during 6th MW (0.70 / plant). The correlation of lady beetle and parasitization of aphids by D. rapae with mustard aphid was positively significant.
