Sh., Labazanov M.M., Cherkasov S.V. and Butuzov V.V.Abstract This paper presents the results of research and development activities for design development of a geothermal plant with circulating heat extraction scheme (GPCS). Elaborated documents and major engineering solutions are described. The paper concludes that elaborated design is the base for working design documents of the geothermal plant at the Khankal deposit in Chechen Republic.
