MODEL DESIGNING FOR HEALTH SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM PERFORMANCE EVALUATION

Abstract

In this article criterions are categorized in two classes of enabling and results to evaluate organizations and assist to obtain HSE plan greatness based on eminent EFQM model in which the results criterions structures are different with enabling model to some extent. Related models are put in 4 fields of programming, operation and processes and controlling and the key results of performance. The programming field, contractorsÂ’ management criterions, avoiding actions, HSE system edition and also the method and strategies are also included in this topic. The operation and performance field of danger evaluation criterions, training and communication, committeesÂ’ direction and HSE meetings, employment tests and also tests during the event and dangerous items in emergency condition and safety situation is also included. The danger controlling criterion and inspection in controlling field and also HSE scales controlling criterions are categorized in the performance key results. Actually we can present a model by determination of criterions that is capable to assess the HSE management system and evaluate it and be able to compare its situation with other organizations and prepare a suitable bed for improvement through continuous improvement cycle.
