Abstract

The main objective of the research is to develop the geodesic control method of the land surface when protecting the buildings and structures under the conditions of the urban infill. It allows to reveal a negative character of the development of the negative process in advance. As a result of the analysis of the deformation process of the land surface near the foundation pit, the conclusions of the character of deformations distributions were made and the land lots were allocated for the geodesic observations by means of the widely used electronic tacheometers. The practicability and efficiency of the geodesic observations of displacements of the land surface were noticed under the conditions of the urban infill. The results of the preliminary calculations of the determination accuracy of the position of the deformation control benchmarks located on the control land lots in the borders of the potentially dangerous zones were provided. The recommendations were given to determine the potentially dangerous zone near the foundation pit, to install the observation station and perform the geodesic observations. The method of geodesic observations was presented that allows to observe the deformations on the land surface that can initiate the dangerous deformations in the protected object under the conditions of the urban infill. The directions of the further research were determined, which is necessary for the increase of the control of sustainable condition of the buildings and structures under the conditions of the urban infill.
