STUDY OF INDOOR AIR QUALITY WITH RESPECT TO CO2INPLASTIC INDUSTRY

Abstract

Physical environment has effects on productivity of the employees. To maximize and maintainemployee’s productivity is crucial for any business. Physical work environment like office layout,noise, illumination, ventilation, temperature, ergonomics, concentration of various gases like CO2,O2, should be designed to feel comfort at workplace. Poorly designed workplaces have impacts onthe productivity of the employees and can be caused by unsuitable physical work environment likehigh noise, improper illumination, poor ventilation, high or low temperature, etc. Highconcentration of CO2 is one of the major factor at workplace substantially affects health andproductivity of employees.
