PRIYATHAMAbstract Wastes can be used for the production of new products or can be utilized as admixtures or fillers. Now a day the production of waste materials from industries, agriculture lands and other areas have been increased for the development of civilization. To overcome this problem the wastes are recycled in many areas like construction of buildings, transportation areas etc. Fillers are particles added to the material like plastics, composite material, and concrete to reduce the use of expensive binder material or to increase some properties of the blend material and to be environmental friendly. The mostly used fillers in bituminous mix are stone dust, cement and lime.
