ASSESSMENT OF RECOVERY OF MEDICINAL PLANTS OF THE KURTI DISTRICT OF THE ALMATY REGION, KAZAKHSTAN

Abstract

Over recent years special attention has been paid to the medicinal plants and the number of those who are willing to use medicinal herbs, which are used for the preparation of medicine in both traditional and modern medicine, has increased. Nowadays more and more people try to take care of their health and lead a healthy lifestyle; they pay attention to proper nutrition and treatment of chronic diseases with medicinal plants since they are less toxic, more natural for the human body and more sustainable for long-term use. In the “Materials and Methods”section of the article, based on the science literature data, a number of useful and curative properties of the following plants have been revealed: Goebeliaalopecuroides (L.) Bge., Alhagikirghisorum (Schrenk.), Peganum harmala (L.), Artemisia scoparia (Waldst.et Kit.), Anabasis aphylla (L.). The article contains the results of the study of the medicinal herbs vegetation cover restoration in the pastures of the Kurti rural district. The authors carried out corrective mapping; the course of vegetation cover restoration was studied by comparing different data. The article is based on the results of the research carried out on the territory of the Kurti district in 2015-2018 and analysis of the dynamics of vegetation cover. During the research, additions and corrections to the geobotanical mapof the Kurti district of the Almaty region in 1991 with the scale 1:200000 were introduced with the use the cartographic method. The research objective was to draw the new contours of the map. During the study, a route plan for motor vehicles was organized.
