Producer company is considered as sustainable development model and an organizational vehicle to achieve diverse roles and multiple objectives. In India, farmers do not have proper access to market to avail fair price; they are also unaware about usage of an appropriate proportion of fertilizers and pesticides. The present study is conducted at Thondamuthur block in Coimbatore District of Tamil Nadu to analyze the economic and environmental impacts of producer company. Case Study method was followed and interview was conducted with the Board of Directors, share holders, farmers, horticulture and agriculture government officials and staff members of producer company. The study reveals that the farmers avail economic and environmental benefits like fair price for their produce and the farmers have started to practice organic farming methods by using Panchagavya, Vermicompost, Ginger Garlic extract, Neem extract, Bio fertilizers, Crop rotation, Green leaf manures and Insect traps which are the immediate need for today’s world, by reducing the usage of chemical fertilizers and in-turn save ecology and environment for a better tomorrow.
