RESEARCH ON NUTRITIONAL PROPERTIES OF MARE’S MILK

Abstract

This article studied mareÂ’s milk as an alternative raw material for baby food production as its protein composition and structure are similar to those of human breast milk. Unsaturated fatty acids facilitate the physiological action of vitamins (thiamine, ascorbic acid), increase the bodyÂ’s resistance to infections, and play the role of hormones.
