Despite of being classified as water scarce country by UN, it succeeded in becoming a self sufficient country through its holistic water management strategies. In this paper, the water story of Singapore of transformation from a stage of vulnerability to an opportunity has been explained which is an outstanding example for other resource scarce countries.
