Family Brachionidae wasobserved as dominant family in all these water bodies in terms of rotifer diversity and abundance. Pollutionindicators species like Brachinousangularis, Filinialongiseta, Rotariarotatoria were recorded. Species diversity, evenness and richness exhibited highest values in Seawood and Kamothe ponds.
