Abstract

Conivative tissue inflammation of natural origin involves the participation of several cefls such as lymphocytes, macrophages, man cells and basophils. The pivotal rote of CnotosicT-Lymphorytes (CTL) against virus infected cells, tumor cells and in bacterial infections have been widely established. The present study adduces evidence for the cytolytic orients of CTL and macrophage cell against heat killed Mycobacterium tuberculosis adjuvant (endotosint induced arthritogenesis. The demonStration of both CTL and Macrophage in the inflammatory region (Knee joint) draws parallelism .T-cell behaviour against virus- infected cells.
