Abstract
Changes in proteinase (Trypsin and chymotrypsin), a-amylase inhibitors and haemagglutinating proteins, total protein and reducing sugar content of Zizyphus jujuba were monitored in fruits and leaves during the fruiting and non-fruiting seasons with a view to establish changes in the content of these secondary plant principles during different seasons.
