Abstract

The Field study was carried out during kharif season of 2022 to evaluate the response of maize varieties to INM maize under the subtropical condition of Madhya Pradesh. The experiment was laid out in Factorial Randomized Block Design with two levels (varieties and fertilizers) with total number of twelve treatments combination at Crop Research Centre, School of Agriculture, ITM University Gwalior (M.P.). The maize varieties are; Sujata, RMH1899 and Adv 759and fertilizer Control; 100% RDF, 75% RDF+25% FYM and 75%RDF +25% FYM+ZNSO4. The result revealed that maximum Yield attributes and yield, Cob length, Number of cobs plant-1, No. of grains per cob, Grain yield (kgha-1), Stover Yield and Biological Yield, relative economics was recorded that the treatment combination of 75% RDF+ 25% FYM + ZnSO4 ha-1 with the V3 variety has given significant higher result on yield and economic on maize.
