Abstract
A newly designed Biopreserver (pyramid) was employed for in vitro culture of cucumber - using cotyledon explants. High frequency of multiple shoots were noticed in cultures incubated in biopreserver than the cultures incubated in normal incubation room conditions. Maximum number of shoots were formed in MS-medium with 2mg/L of BAP.
