Abstract
The production of abnormal seedlings in Gnehim ula during the germination period using sand as the medium is reported. 5-10% of seeds developed abnormal seedlings. Most of the seedlings produced multiple root and single shoot and these seedlings grew very well in green house conditions (26 ±- 2° C). The healthy seedlings were transferred to polyethylene bags containing sand: soil: farmyard manure 1:2:1 ratio. The well developed seeds were established in the field.
