Abstract
Study on the efficacy of both allopathic (Mincam D T and Nimulid) and ayurvedic (R-Compound, Rumalaya and Rumatone- forte) drugs in eliciting delayed type hypersensitivity (DTH) reaction was carried out. All drugs showed a maximum suppression of DTH at 24 hours in the following order Ruma tone-forte >R-Compound > Minicam D T> Rumalaya > Nimulid.
