Abstract
Premna tomentosa Willd. (Verbenaceae) is an important medicinal plant. It is scarce in its distribution and goes towards extinction or endemic due to felling of this tree in large amount. The present article deals with the distribution, phenological characters and the conservation measures of Premna tomentosa.
