Abstract
In present paper an attempt has been made to evaluate the physiochemical quality of waste oil (edible)at Shanishingnapur. It is found that waste oil contains different types of other oils, i.e. mixture of oils. Unsaponification matter in oil gives insoluble residue after saponification of all acids present in oil. This deteriorates the quality of oil and gives rise the problem of oil pollution in vicinity of Shanishingnapur village.
