Abstract
Effect of Bacillus thuringiensis var. kurstaki (Btk) was studied on the developmental stages of eggs, larvae and pupae of Anopheles stephensi mosquito species. Application of different concentrations of Btk (3, 6 & 10%) were used. The results indicated that there was 100% mortalities occurred within 4 hours in late 4th instar larvae and pupae of the experimental trays. The eggs, larvae and pupae weight were reduced significantly (P<0.001) from their original weight when compared to the control ones.
