OPTIMIZATION AND PRODUCTION PROCESS OF EXTRA CELLULAR LIPASE FROM ASPERGILLUS FLAVLIS ISOLATED FROM THE SPOILED MEAT

S. AHMED JOHN AND K. MANGAIYARKARASI

Abstract

The lipase is an important enzyme mainly used for Leather industry and in Detergent industry. Studies were conducted to produce the lipase enzyme isolated from spoiled meat. The positive fungal strain was Aspergillus flaviis. The parameter optimization and temperature gives the better production of lipase enzyme. It also found that the pH around 6.0 was optimum pH for the better production. Normally the carbon sources especially sucrose will provide an important role in the extra cellular production.
