Abstract

An experiment was carried out to study the effect of foliar application of organics and inorganics on growth of Rangpur lime rootstock. Among the treatment highest rootstock height (79.00 cm), number of leaves (49.27), primary root length (31.00 cm), number of secondary roots (67.10), root volume (6.20 ml), fresh weight of rootstock (30.00 g), dry weight (14.33 g), vigour of rootstock (817.66 g), vigour index (5872.07 cm) was recorded in foliar spray with citrus special at 0.2 per cent concentration. Highest rootstock diameter was observed in GA3 at 100 ppm concentration (7.15 mm). Hence GA3 100 ppm sprays helps to obtain more buddable rootstocks.
