Abstract

The article provides information on the identification of a specific accessory of hydrocarbon oxidizing microorganisms of Northern and Western Kazakhstan. The techniques of identification and sequencing of the 16S rRNA gene and ITS sites. On the basis of the work associations of hydrocarbon-oxidizing microorganisms have been established and their destructive activity against various hydrocarbons has been tested. In the future it is planned to unite union associations of the Northern and Western Kazakhstan in order to obtain the drug-destructor suitable for the climate and soil conditions of both Northern and Western Kazakhstan.
