Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of constitutional distinctions of girls and their adaptation to muscle activity. The crisis phenomena in the economy were detected during the analysis of the socio-economic situation in the Republic of Mordovia. The environmental setting was described by pollution of the components of the environment. In these conditions, certain types of constitution have formed in girls, which had low adaptive capability for muscle activity. The dependence was of a complex nature and had a shape of a curved line. A group of girls was singled out as a result of the study, which was defined as a group of people with insufficient strength. This was contingent that required a customized approach in the process of physical education in terms of using physical exercises for the development of muscle strength and fitness.
