Abstract
The article represents the research results of general properties if anthrax bacteriophage УГСХА; bacteriophage has a titer that ranges from 10-5 to 10-7 by Appelman and from 1,9±0,1х106 to 3,0±0,1х108 PFU/ mL by Gracia depending on indicator crop; strictly specific within B anthracis species; destructive changes were recorded at 35 minute interaction of phage with trichloromethane at the ratio of 10:1 ; at 62 0С phage titer lowered by 2-3 orders at 70-78 0С titer lowered by 1-3 orders; t = 86-90 0С bacteriophage inactivation; 21 months since corking into flasks the reduction of phage titer was by 2-3 orders ; cumulative score of lytic action spectrum on 11 B. anthracis was 81,82 %.).
