Abstract

Recycle and reuse of industrial waste is a global concern because of large disposal problems. Industrial wastes creates land pollution, water pollution and air pollution according to its nature. Red mud is an industrial waste produced in larger volume while extracting aluminum which is known as Bayer’s process. This paper deals with the possible utilization of red mud as a substitute in cement. This paper also deals with red mud bricks.
