DETERMINATION OF THE VULNERABLE AGE GROUP OF WOMEN GETTING AFFECTED BY THYROID CANCER CONSIDERING ENVIRONMENTAL EFFECTS

Abstract

Today people are highly affected by the dreadful disease, cancer irrespective of gender due to the changes in the life style. Presently the risk of thyroid cancer is high in women than in men, according to a scientific research. Quite naturally the abnormal secretion of thyroxin affects the hormones present in women and it leads to the problem of pregnancy and menstruation. So thyroid cancer is yet another threat to women folk. This paper mainly aims in finding the vulnerable age group of women who are getting affected by this cancer and also it focusses on the reasons for it by emphasizing on the factors associated with environment. To draw precise conclusions the concept of Combined Effective Time Dependent matrix (CETD) is used in this paper.
