DIFFERENT ANTIOXIDANTS IN PETROLEUM PRODUCTS FOR VOLTAMMETRIC PURPOSE

A. BALASUBRAMANIAN

Abstract

The present paper discusses the issue of Volta metric determination of a blend of amine-sort cancer prevention agent N-phenyl-1-naphthylamine (PNA), and phenol-sort cell reinforcement butyrate hydro x y toluene (BHT) in oil network by the strategy for straight range voltammeter utilizing gold working terminal. Consideration was centered around the impact of an expansive overabundance of PNA on the bends of anodic oxidation of BHT. It was found that just more than a tenfold overabundance of PNA irritates the phenol’s determination sort cancer prevention agent in the embraced supporting electrolyte. In such case, it is important to lessen its substance by its change into the relating nitrosamine by the response with nitrous corrosive. The rate constants of this response were resolved for two distinct groupings of PNA.
