Abstract

This examination was outlined to assess the cytotoxic impact of Actinidia deliciosa (Kiwi fruit) on cancer cells by using MCF-7 cell line. LCMS and MTT analysis was made for the plants extract and revealed that the plants extract were positive for flavonoids and phenols that shield cell frameworks from oxidative harm and could bring down the danger of ceaseless sicknesses. The result showed that the IC50 of fruit extract more than 400 μg/mL and the extracts have high effect on cell permeability at concentration 400 ug/ mL with average intensity about 485.55 with significant elevated of cytochrome C at 400 μg/mL of extract. Furthermore, the study show that kiwi extract significantly decrease the nuclear intensity and cell count as compared with the control.
