Abstract

Modern day Biology continuous to produced data everyday at rapid base. There is an exploration of information from genome level to the protein level and therefore we need Bioinformatics. The exploration of tRNA genes with varying hypotheses among all three domain of life (eukaryotes, bacteria and archaea), is rapidly identified in different ways from a genome in the field of bioinformatics. Hidden pattern of tRNA structure abound in genome sequence. As these investigations progressed we observed that several existing powerful tools did not identify the hidden tRNA structure from genome. Remarkably we have seen in Sulfolobus tokodaii str. 7 DNA of archaea genome and report that a rare and so far unidentified tRNAs structure is identified in split nature using our algorithm. The constant exon unit is alternatively spliced to one of the variable exons located downstream .One half of the clover leaf tRNA, i.e the constant exon separately joined with other variable half’s to produce mature different tRNAs. We argued from bioinformatics evidence that two halves of clover leaf 1-37 and 38-72, from 5/ and 3/ ends respectively allow upto one-non-watson –crick base pairing and the possibility of a single putative intron with the BHB structure at the exon-intron boundary.
