Abstract
The study included an experiment and the aim was to know the effect of kashk and Siris yoghurt on Person fed for 30 days. The results showed that feeding on kashk and Siris yoghurt groups caused a significant decrease (P <0.05) in the body weight compared with the control group. In addition, feeding of kashk and Siris yoghurt resulted in a change in blood chemical, with a significant decrease (P <0.05) in the values of Glucose, Cholesterol, Triglycerides, Low density lipoprotein (LDL) while High density lipoprotein (HDL) a significant increase compared with the control group.
