GIVING GREEN SIGNAL TO GREEN REVOLUTION: A PATH AHEAD AND ECONOMIC PARADIGM

Abstract

Green revolution was a great step taken to improve the farming methods of farmers and to increase the productivity without harming the environment keeping economic and productive aspects in view. Today the world is getting polluted so much and agricultural activities add large amount of pollution overall in many ways like by using harmful pesticides and fertilizers which directly or indirectly also effecting the overall environment and effecting the nature. So, by keeping all this in mind many scientist and people research on this problem and came on the conclusion of this problem by introducing “GREEN REVOLUTION for increasing productivity and enhancing its economic viability for the whole economy.
