VERMICOMPOSTING OF ANIMAL WASTES USING AN AFRICAN EARTHWORM SPECIES EUDRILUS EUGENIAE (KINBERG) WITH A NOTE ON ITS PHYSICO – CHEMICAL FEATURESS. VIJAYALAKSHMI AND G.S. VIJAYALAKSHMIAbstract The Animal wastes (Goat and Sheep) collected from the rural area of Sanganaperi, Tirunelveli District, Tamilnadu, premises was vermicomposted using an African species of earthworm Eudrilus eugeniae and Physico Chemical features of animal wastes before and after composting was analysed, which showed that macro and micro nutrients as well as Physico Chemical features of animal wastes before and after composting was analysed, which showed that macro and micro nutrients as well as physico chemical features increased after vermicomposting.
