Abstract

Performance of twenty two genotypes of garlic (Allium sativum L.) was evaluated at the Horticulture Farm, Department of Horticulture, College of Agriculture, Indira Gandhi Krishi Vishwavidyalaya, Raipur (C.G.) during Rabi season 2012-2013. Each clove was planted by dibbling in a plot size of 2 x 2.25 meter with a spacing of 15 x 1 cm. The growth characters and yield attributes were observed. Results revealed that IG- 2010-3 (6.88 t/ha.) produced significantly maximum bulb yield followed by IG-200 9-11-1 (5.86 t/ha) followed by IG-2009-11-3 (5.45 t/ha).
