EFFICIENCY OF THE GEOINFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES IN KEEPING SPATIAL DATA

Abstract

Management of land resources and improvement of computer technology in land management are among the most important tasks of the state, the efficient implementation of which is inextricably related to widespread introduction of the latest achievements of the information technologies. Obviously, increasing the reliability and manageability of the infrastructure, reaching the maximum transparency of processes are vital in the area of geoinformation resources and spatial data resources. With the powerful tools of visualization, analysis and modeling, which allow bringing together the knowledge about the environment, measurements and calculations, geoinformation technologies have become widespread in various fields, and are the informational basis for decision-making.
