CORRELATION OF MICROMETEOROLOGICAL PARAMETERS WITH YIELD CHARACTERS OF GERBERA UNDER PROTECTED CONDITION

Abstract

Correlation between micrometeorological parameters like absorbed radiation, reflected radiation, canopy temperature etc. with yield characters like number of leaves, leaf area index, number of flowers etc. were studied. Positive correlation was found between absorbed radiation and yield characters while negative correlation between Reflected radiation, Canopy temperature, Media temperature and yield characters in all studied treatments.
