ASMITA SINGH1 AND SINGH DILEEP KUMAR

Abstract

Protease enzymes are widely used in industrial application. It is produced by various strains of Bacillus subtilis. It also plays important role in degradation of organic pollutants. The main aim of the present work is to Purify and characterize Protease enzymes from halotolerant Bacillus subtilis strain BGSC1A70 and maximizes its productivity by analyzing its stability under various stress conditions.
