DEVELOPMENT THE INTERNATIONAL RESPONSIBILITY SYSTEM IN PREVENTING DAMAGE CAUSED BY CLIMATE CHANGE

Abstract

The content of the principle of prevention is one of the fundamental principles that relied on in the field of international environmental law, which implies that achieving sustainable development requires that the policies and procedures adopted by governments on the environment should be based on this principle. In this research, we try to investigate the prevention approach in each of the obligations arising from the legal regime of climate change, the process of developing on the international responsibility system of governments in preventing the damage caused by these changes and the negative consequences are investigated. So the obligations contained in each of the documents related with the subject of climate change is analyzed.
